Because Kathy and Lauren were desperately craving cheese several weeks ago (a common craving for foreigners here in Japan) so Sarah and I decided to host a cheese and fruit night. (No, it wasn't anyone's birthday, we just used the birthday plates so we didn't have to wash dishes ;-)
