Emily the Adventurer

Hi!  This is Emily's sister, Erin.  I am sure that most of you visit this page for stories of Emily's latest escapades and misadventures.  Well, she is at it again....after living most of her life in Florida, she has waited until she is in Japan to ride out the passing of the eye of a typhoon/hurricane! Actually, due to the difficulty of understanding the Japanese weather reports, she didn't realize the severity of the storm until today - the day it should make landfall. She asked me to let you know that she is safe at school with other teachers and the eye is expected to pass just to the west of her in about 2 hours. She is in good spirits and appreciates your prayers and concern.
