After an intensive labor and delivery, including a five-day stay in ICU*, I am proud to announce the arrival of Maigen Amelia（舞弦) Toelcke on Tuesday, March 16th, at 5:17 pm. Maigen weighed 38 lbs and is 65.5 inches long.
*ICU = International Customs Unit
Additional Note: Mai means "dancing" in Japanese. Gen means "strings". "Amelia" was her given name from her original family. Chan is a Japanese term of endearment for little girls.

Love, love, love it!! Great post, terrific pictures, and fun music! (Is that you playing the harp?? If it was - you didn't waste anytime getting "practiced up"!) So glad she made it to you safe and sound.
